Filtering and refining POI's

Hi,
Perhaps I am missing something, but also the JA Property demo is not refining the POI's on the map when filtering. Is this even possible?

For instance: https://ja-property.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/properties/properties-grid#sort=position&sortdir=desc&attr.cat.value=15&page=1

The search result seems not to be related with the POI's on the map; the results are completely different locations.

When choosing a specific agent only 1 POI should show UX wise, but result still the same: https://ja-property.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/properties/properties-grid#sort=position&sortdir=desc&attr.cat.value=15&attr.author.value=46&page=1

Is this expected behaviour?

It should show the place of the item in the result. Does this happen the same on your site? I will share with team for further checking.

My site is a reproduction with K2 plugin and show the same result: no refining of POI's based on filter; it does show the POI when a result is clicked. But it seems strange when a filter is active the showed cluster is none of them... I'll be curious to solve this.
