The latest version of JA Intranet will work fine with EB 6.x.

I recommend you to backup your site first before updating or try in a dev / staging site first.

You can backup this file: /templates/ja_intranet/js/script.js

and replace with attached file (unzip first)

UPDATE:

I tested with Joomla fresh + Install latest version for JA Intranet 2.0 + EasyBlog 6.0.10 but it works when creating a new blog post on frontend:

Could you share the super admin account + FTP account so I can check? as I can't access backend of your site with provided account - only works on frontend.
