Where to control which articles appear in each portfolio?

Hi,
where can I determine which articles appear in a portfolio (like in Demo template: https://demo.gavick.com/joomla25/photo/index.php/work/portfolio-grid)?

I can copy whole items, but still would need to control which articles appear in each portfolio, I just cannot find where to determine that e.g. the article WORK1 appears, and the article WORK 2 does not appear, because I need e.g. WORK2 in another portfolio. Just publishing / un-publishing is not an option, as then it would either appear in all or none.of the portfolios.
Any idea?

Hi
The items are from K2 component, you can select one category for the product item.
If you want the same appear on other pages you need to create K2 item for that category.
Open the Menu item :
Select the category and save. All article show on frontend from the selected categories.
