I think it will require lots of customization here. For example with the main menu, currently, it belongs to the 'mainnav' block of template. With your design, it should be moved to the right side of 'header' block in template. So you need to customize the layout first, then apply the custom style for it.
The associated layout files locate in: ROOT/templates/ja_healthcare/tpls/blocks/
The style for the main nav declared in: ROOT/templates/ja_healthcare/less/navbar.less
For the theme, you're using 'child' theme so you can customize the variable in: ROOT/templates/ja_healthcare/less/themes/child/
