Controlling Background Image & Spacing

I'm trying to create a page (see attached) using the default Joomlart template (caseopia) in T4 Page Builder. I'm having problems finding where to edit various aspects of the page.

If you look at the menu at the top of the page and on the current website, you'll see that I want the image to be behind the menu. I was able to remove the margin at the top of the page, but cannot find where/how to float the image as a background behind the menu.
If you look at the right side of the menu, I'd like to have a message 'launching soon'. How/where would I create that text block?

It's hard to achieve when you use the header from template, as content of T4 Builder (blocks/addons / elements ....) will show in the main component content of a page.
