Contact form doesnt send

Hello
I've set contact form in page builder, but it doesnt work. It shows me an error when I click submit button. Also my mail from server configuration works fine. How can I fix it ?

You can try with a form from 'Blocks' in T4 Builder.

I guess above is the Add-on, right?

I have the exact same problem... I am starting a Website from scratch on joomla 4.1.2.

I have installed T4 builder... it works fine but for one thing...

I must be missing something... I chose a contact form pre made template,
I have inputed my email for where to send it... but it doesn't send and a message come as page not found... could you point me in the right direction
