It will relate to menu assignment + template style. You can simply duplicate this template style to have a new one in which you can set the menu as you wish, then assign it to menu item of other language.
For example, you can gk_events - Default style using 'Main menu' and assign to English pages.
After duplicating this style, you have a new one and assign menu in Slovenian for it + assign to Slovenian menu items pages.
