Using Viewport to Responsively Scale Text

I want all the fonts on this website to scale responsively rather than wrapping. Is there a function within T4 Page Builder to do that or do I need custom CSS? New to T4, where would be the best place to put custom CSS to responsively scale text?

In T4 Page Builder, you can select a view port and customize style as you wish.

For the custom CSS, you should put in the place of custom CSS code in the Joomla template you're using. If you're using a T4 framework based template, it will be in: /templates/your_template/css/custom.css file.
