PHP 8 compatibility

Dear friends,
you send out today a newsletter about GAVICK updates for J4 an J3.10.6
among them, there is the template I am using along 14 years, the GAME one.
When I go inside, I find that apparently ONLY THE QUICkSTART was updated, not the template itself.
I should want to remark that this template, even if updated at last november release DOES NOT SUPPORT not only J4 but even PHP 8. If I switch to PHP 8 instead of PHP 7.4 (neat to deprecation), I as webadmin immediately get by email alerts about malfunctioning

Hi GIESSE

We tested template with latest version of Joomla and the template version 4.0 is working fine. The quickstart has Joomla installed so we need to update Joomla version for quickstart package so you see the changes there.

You can try to enable the error reporting and see how it reports.

I just also tried to install template with latest version of Joomla 4 + PHP 8 at my local site but it worked properly.

SUPPORT CENTRAL WAS UNAVAILABLE LAST SATURDAY, EVEN IF I WAS ABLE TO LOGIN TO BACKEND ! MANY ATTEMPTS FAILED
so I tried to reply BY EMAIL

Here you are the messages from server when I switch from PHP 7.4 TO php 8.0.1
If I stay on PHP 7.4 I don't get errors. If I switch to PHP 8.0.x, I get A LOT of these errors, as per attachment

Not sure how to open that .msg extension. Could you switch to PHP 8 and share the super admin account so I can check directly for you?

PHP 8 is ALREADY on, and it is continuing to generate errors from template !

I can access your site now but when trying to navigate pages on your site but I don't see any error, could you share the error with PHP 8 in more details so I can help.

GIESSE As I mentioned above, the zip file has 2 files with extension '.msg'. How to open them?

GIESSE It's weird, when I tried to access backend of your site with the URL in the Fields on your first post, it always redirects to frontend instead of admin login screen.

Could you check again if your host limits access from my place? I sent my IP address above.
