JA Bullettin incorrect resize

after installing Joomla 4, I set some modules of JA Bullett in JA Teline V.
I can't get a correct resize (or crop) of images (I prefer something like 20x20): see the attachment.
The "best" result is with the option Using image source, but the image is not squared. If I set crop or resize I get a greater image that cover the text, with ugly effect.
Please, help.

to get a fix size it would not give an aspect ratio
on Teline V demo its Articles category module used. Kindly share the URL of your site on which above module is published to check it further.
