Hello, when I create article with video/audio via this plugin I get error: "Save failed with the following error: Duplicate entry '56' for key 'PRIMARY'" Normal article without video/audio works fine.

Did you install quickstart package or install template manually?
You can share the login info of your site so I can take a look.
I fixed it by deleting whole site and database and installed it again. Thanks.
