JA Teline V backend: issue with preview and error "Webasset"

Hi,

In my site (now Joomla 4) I can't see the preview of the JA Teline V template: it gives "Webasset manager is locked" error.
In addition, the preview in the backend gives these two untranslated string errors (but it works).

COM_TEMPLATES_GENERAL_PARAMS_FIELDSET_LABEL

What to do?

I could solve using Language overrides (in Control panel -> System) but I would like to understand why those two strings are not trasnlated and where they are...

I guess the language file was not loaded.

It's working now, it due to the conflict with 3rd party extensions on your site: TAGZ Open Graph & Social Backlinks Synchronizer system plugins.

thanks, Template style now works with English strings, ok!

Solved, but it remains only this boring thing:
here, also disabling TAGZ Open Graph there is still the "Webasset" error on https://www.ondaiblea.it/index.php/it/?tp=1&templateStyle=14
it returns error 0 Webasset manager is locked, you came late

(yesterday that error was on Home Page, and there is enabling the cache...)

salvomic Another client had the same issue with Webasset and it due to the 3rd party extensions. Could you try to disable 3rd party extensions on your site one by one to find out which one caused this issue?

I'll try again; even if it's not easy to disable everything so that the rest continues to work... 🙂

however it's strage that page works for Cassiopeia and not for JA Teline V...
Try to change "14" into "16" in this link: 14 is Teline and returns the error, 16 is Cassiopeia and doesn't return errors. So? 🙂

salvomic It's weird but if you test with quickstart package or install JA Teline V in a new website for testing, you can see it's working well.
