Currently the image I have selected looks great on desktop and laptop, but not tablet or phone. Can I select a different image for the smaller devices?

No image same for all views as it is from module options.
I would like to have different images, is that possible ?
djslue Hi It is not possible to use different image as it is from one module. You have to publish different module and hide them for PC and mobile view using module suffix hidden class . Module has only one image option supported
