No arrows in drop-down menu visible in offcanvas. why?

The off-canvas menu is shown in mobile view.
Only then I don't see an arrow in the menus with submenus that shows that it is a pull-down menu.
This happens with two menu items:

Does anyone know how I can make that arrow visible in offcanvas for menu items with a submenu?

When I open the offcanvas menu for the first time. No arrow is visible.
When you click on Photos (Dutch: Foto's) or Grooming Saloon (Dutch: Trimsalon) then the arror is there next to one of these two menu items.
But not next to both items.
So the visitor doesn't know that both items do have a dropdown.
Ar other websites with T4 framework template I do see the arrow to the right next of every menu item with more submenu items.

So Is this a css issue?

I tried the same multiple time and not found any issue,

Weird.
When I look on my phone (browser Chriome) I see this:

The menu items Photos (Foto's)and grooming salon (Trimsalon) have submenu items.
But I don't see an arrow indicating that.
Only when I click on it do I see that red circle in the mobile menu. I was able to find that place and make it temporarily red with css.
But I don't see the first arrow that appears with the two main menu items.
How can I make it visible?

Kindly update T4 to the latest version if issue remain same, edit fields in first post and submit a temp super user login for staff. So i can check it on your site.

thanks. I'm curious if you can figure out the reason for the invisible arrows.

When I update everything I get an error 500.
JHtml::cleanImageURL not found.

If I then downgrade the plg_system_t4 to 2.1.3, the website works fine again.
But even after the update of T4 I don't get to see those arrows.

Also use original latest template, the site not using original template product.

What do you mean the site does not use an original product?
This site only runs Joomlart T4 template framework with template T4_bs5_blank.
All I did was making a copy of Template Styles T4_bs5_blank and set that copy as default.
Is there anything wrong with this method?

Even if I use the default template T4_bs5_blank. And activate that copied t4_bs5_blank template as default and then look at the mobile menu on my phone I don't see the arrows.

Hi
When u rename the template to own name it no longer detect as core products.
In menu module u set the submenu to Off it should be on.
I showing the icons normal now as submenu show option is ON.

Oh I'm so sorry that I missed that setting.
I think that setting is there since Joomla 1.5
Thanks for pointing me to that setting.
This question is solved now.

For the way of renaming or using a template style more than once in a website, i will start a new topic.
