Can you please help me to know how to change (from where to modify ) the ( Duration - Price - Book your treatment) as its in Attach.
and how to use it in another language ( translate it )

on section 4 ( module - Articles - Category) .

Open : /language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_ja_spa.ini
In the site root folder find and change it, you can also use Joomla language override options.

on the other side
Duration - price disappear is not shown at all !!! on section 4 ( module - Articles - Category) .
how can i get it back ?

Hi
Please check the article screenshot i shared in my last post, and use the same category to save the article as extra fields selected for that.
You can assign extra fields to other category from edit the category and select option :

Now i understand
1- I edit category and i assign "extra fields" in category to "spa-info"
2- I go to "edit article" and now i can see "Extra Fields" option
3- I add the information for Duration and prices
