The Shape5.com site is down. I keep getting the following error message:

A timeout occurred.

Are you discontinuing the Shape5.com templates? Last year you all said that the Shape5 templates would be updated for Joomla 4, but that has not happened as of today. With the site being off line, I would like to know if you will continue with that product. If not, please let us know. We have already started to use other products, but would like to keep Shape5, because they are among the best templates online. Please advise.

The template are active and for support Joomla 3.10 and planned for Joomla 4.
I just checked the site is also working normal : https://www.shape5.com/
