Admin Image Settings loading wrong?

I have other Joomlart templates in play but Ja_Educatsy is the only one that seems to have an issue in the admin panel loading the logo file for the login screen. Not sure if its Joomla or Joomlart. I have a few other quickinstalls like alpha and such and they all allow access to the Administrator > System > Admin Template Styles > Atum > Image settings.

When I click image settings it just loads a new instance of the admin panel

its like it keeps loading a new frame within a frame of the admin panel and not the image options

Is this a template error? I can't seem to fix it.

I checked this issue on your site, it not from template the media option is not working anywhere on Joomla admin panel and show conflict in admin template. I suggest you to post the issue on Joomla forum.
Meantime you can try JCE editor as it has own media that may replace it after JCE installed on your site to allow the upload media.

Its only doing this on the masthead module. all other image area uploads work.

So I can't upload new images thru the masthead module. I can upload images through other areas of the site like articles and such.

Clicking the image load button in the masthead just opens another instance of the window.

I tested the Image upload and it same for all Joomla backend

Can u check again as it does not seem masthead issue. All backend media use same option to upload image

weird. it works under media. it works under article image select. and under article category image select for me.

Whats odd is sometimes it works under masthead. if i click it, and it fails i close and try again and again and sometimes after 20-30 tries it suddenly works. lol

Actually I think I found a work around.

When it loads another instance of the admin panel, if i click media and select it transfers into masthead it actually does it... so strange.

On your screenshot it is not the default Joomla media and appear from 3rd party extension mediabox.
