Are you having issues with Joomlart.com?

I tried to login and see if their were any updates for JA Ego template, but now my account is nolonger working.

Download link - https://www.joomlart.com/member/login does not work and reports login and password problem and points me to 2018 migration page (https://www.joomlart.com/forums/d/81-don-t-panic-read-this-first).

Forum Pages - login already established and doesn't require me to log back in.

Hope this isn't a huge problem and thanks for the help.

Please try to clear your browser cache and then login via the official login page at https://www.joomlart.com/member/ .

Thanks for the quick reply, but not working here using joomlart.com/member link you provided and it shows

I cleared the cache as you requested and tried again...getting the same error logging into Member Area or Download sections of the website.

Update 3 - Chrome does the same thing...

so suspect it's not my browsers, but I can download Brave or even try Safari (that I never use) if would like me to try other options.

You can try to reset your account password as that usually solves most account issues.

Wow this is becoming VERY COMPLICATED!!!!

I need this fixed and trying to move forward with development for clients of mine who use Joomlart technology that I implement. Presently...I can't login into any Joomlart interface that requires attaching to my Joomlart Profile.

Here's the latest, test.therapywithdirection.com website where I'm trying to install T4 Page Builder, but locked out of loggging and getting this error message:

I tried bsorli and briansorlI@gmail.com, but neither will work. I've tried reseting my password, and continue to get the wait 180 minutes.

I can login to my Profile page, like I'm doing now...so some aspects of your server are working, but not for Downloads or Authentication with JA tech that requires logins and passwords.

Thinking I need my whole account moved to new credentials, but either way need help doing this.

Please get back with me ASAP and thanks for the help as always!

Got the email and sorry, but my Gmail never received the reset link as noted SPAM or otherwise (All Folders).

Nonetheless, your manual password reset worked and I can now get in as normal.

Not sure why you weren't able to receive the reset link at all previously, our team will check on this problem further.

It's good that the password change solved the login problem though.
