Inconsistent main menu - read more link color

Greetings.
I have a few typography/styling questions. I tried a bunch of different settings and am just stuck.

If you start here https://www.jeffmillman.com/staging/index.php and click around the top menu, you will see that some of the pages show a red menu because I was testing the pallette colors to try and change the "read more" link color from a bright blue to the same blue as the Heading. The color that I want it is: 0D1C6F

I changed the heading to red to just test if I could figure out which setting changed the read more link.

Now . . . I noticed that some of the pages have the red heading and other pages have the blue heading (the blue heading is correct), which means that they are different somehow. I don't know why this is. The main navigation also moves up and down slightly for different pages. So some pages are using a different navigation and I don't know how to make them all consistent.

My two questions.

How do I change the "read more" link color
How to I make all the pages consistent so they use the same navigation and don't move slightly up and down.

It is Active menu color not change
add this code in custom css

.t4-megamenu > .navbar-nav > li.active > a, .t4-megamenu > .navbar-nav > li.active > .nav-link {
    color: var(--mainnav-link-color);
}

You can set color value to red or use above code it will be same red for all menu.

Thanks, but I am still having problems with some of the section heading "jumping" or moving slightly when going from one section to another. There are many sections that do this when you go to other sections.

and watch the heading closely. You can see it move up or down (and possibly change color) when going back and forth.

I don't want it to be red, either. I want it to be the dark blue color 0D1C6F when that section is active and the light blue color before selection. 346AB2

I checked both pages both are showing active menu as dark blue

Both the page showing normal my side, can you clear browser cache and check again. Let me know with screenshot on which are the color not working.

I did that and I am still having the same, inconsistent colors and shifting. The "head ads content" is a test that I am trying to put content to the right of the logo using header-8. I can't figure that out either. I will post separately about that.
