T3 Framework is installed on my website.
Do I have to switch to T4 Framework?

JA Teline V is based on T3 framework and work only with T3. If you planning to switch to T4 template it will be different feature and options including design, layout modules.

Installation process is normal install the template and T4 framework, assign new template to a menu item to check frontend.
