It seems that you're trying to install Quickstart package of T4 Page Builder into your existing website.
The Quickstart package is used for a new website only, if you already had Joomla installed in your site, you should download package for component, package, plugin and install manually. Pls check out the documentation here: https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/t4-page-builder/installation#manual-installation_jadoc
