Hi, although to my knowledge no cookies at all should be asked for, when approached first time a cookie consent field pops up. Where can I control which Cookies are requested by my page? Social networks are switched off, I would like to have the page without cookies if possible, as no user login from front-end necessary.. Thanks in advance!

Thanks! Is there a way to know whether the template generates cookies? And could the English cookie consent text be changed? Cannot find in any related plug-in a field where the only in English appearing text could be edited.

Can you share the page URL so i can suggest the css changes based on your current setup.
The domain in Edit fields appear invalid as no domain extension.

Hi, I changed the URL, the .com was missing, sorry, my fault!
If possible I would like to avoid any cookies in the front-end, as no user registration is necessary. and that I would like to express in the cookie consent, but can apart from cookie law section in template only find this(see screenshot)

Privacy consent is from Joomla core. You can disable the plugin if you do not want any user to consent on site.
About the GK cookies if you disable them on backend they will not show on frontend Like it is now.
Please clear you do not want any cookies to display the same is not showing on your site.

Hi! The idea is to have no cookies on front-end. Cookies on backend are of course no problem at all.
It seems to me that after switching off the Cookie consent option in Template styles the front-end does not produce any cookies any more. Now two questions: Are in my current configuration front-end cookies switched off? And: Are there, apart from front-end login-in, (not the case in my use of website) any strictly necessary cookies generated by GK-Photo template?

Cookies are off on frontend please check there is no cookies asked from the template.
Its browser that get cookies, those required for web page load.

Thanks. However, is there a possibility to change the cookie consent text? I cannot find a "cookie consent plugin" or elsewhere where I could change and translate the cookie text

The text is defined in the language file
here : /language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_gk_photo.ini
You can override the text in file or use Joomla language override for different language text.
