We released new version of JA Builder to fix the issue: https://www.joomlart.com/blog/joomla-extensions/important-ja-page-builder-updated-for-storing-page-builder-data-in-your-site-s-database

You can download 3 packages in download section of JA Builder: https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/ja-joomla-page-builder/ja-joomla-builder

and install each package into your site.

Then try to edit a page >> compare it with its frontend and see how it looks. If everything is ok, you can edit and publish page normally.
