The interface after installation is not as demo

Hello, I bought the JA Intranet interface package, https://ja-intranet.demo.joomlart.com/
According to the instructions I bought 2 components are Easy Social and Easy Discuss
After I installed, EasySocial is not the same as the interface, I don't know how to configure, please help me!
Areas including Menu Search do not display features such as notifications, login, ...
EasySocial's own menu area appears 2 times!

The community page on your site is using another extension, I check the social page: https://thanhanh.net/social.html but it looks the same as our demo site, could you share the difference so I can check?

On video pages, Group, Page, Group. These items are showing into 2 columns, I want it to become a column but don't know where to customize it!

1 - I think it related to Easysocial configuration as if I assigned this page to Protostar - a standard template of Joomla, it also noticed 404 error, could you contact StackIdeas for this?

2 - There is no option in Easysocial to configure this column settings, I just updated some files on your site so it shows 1 column now:

/components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/groups/default/items.php
/components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/pages/default/items.list.php
/components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/videos/default/item.list.php
