Off-canvas menu on mobile - sub-menu items not showing

Offcanvas menu on mobile (and portrait ipad). Using latest versions of Joomla and t4.

Arrows (carets) are showing for the two dropdown menu items but they do not open the sub-menu items. I am using default module style.

Can u share the login of other site as well or put the same login as current site. On the site that has issue is missing the menu style and many 404 css file from your custom head section

I have deleted all of the old file references that were causing 404 results. Thank you.

You say "On the site that has issue is missing the menu style" Is it a missing file in the template css folder or what?

Perhaps a comparison with an earlier version which uses the same db and login details.

Here the dropdown on mobile shows as expected but even here is another problem. If you click on 'blogs' in off canvas menu and then click to return to main off canvas menu then not all the menu items are showing. If you do the same for 'more-info' all is ok.

On both these sites I would expect the off canvas menu title to be 'Exmouth Allotments' but on one it is 'sidebar menu' and the other is 't4 off canvas'.

The file on your current site in template.css has missing codes
Kindly take backup of it and replace it from fresh download template package or from your older site.
It will fix the issue.

Thank you for your help with this. I have udated the template and off-canvas css files. It is still called 'sidebar menu' rather the site name but I don't know why. The other issues have been resolved.

Kindly do not merge different topic request on already going discussion for different request. As see the issue has been resolved as per topic request.
For sidebar Menu title you can override it via Joomla language override option. It is defined in the language file of template and you can rename that with site name or any other text as per needs.
