So if I manually run the extension, it will always translate previously translated menu, categories, modules, banners, etc.? Please confirm.
Does anyone have a hack to just run the extension strictly on jom_content?
maxjaramillo I think it should translate new item only, did you try it?
I'm still testing.
Thanks.

1 - I will forward to our team to update the docs 2 - Yes, it relates to your Bing translation API 3 - It simply hides the list of extensions only (in case there are long list), not affect functions of extension.
Thank you Saguaros.
Another question: Getting the following errors after upgrading Bing to paid by character.
Would you please explain?
maxjaramillo Could you share the URL + super admin account + ftp account so I can check?
Pls backup your site also.
Hello again ... back at this again.
Before giving you Super Admin access,
Are you aware of character limits via Bing Translation API? I have a paid subscription currently with Bing to test this extension.
Further to that, I added new jom_content on my site, ran JA Multilingual again, and JA Multilingual recreated previously translated & created Menu & Module items.
Not good. There should be a way to control what gets translated on new runs. Would you ask your staff, what's the hack to only translate jom_content on further use of JA Multilingual?
Please see errors.
Thanks,
maxjaramillo We need a closer look to check this on your site, kindly backup your site and share the login info.
Will send login credentials via Skype. Unless you prefer via other channel?
maxjaramillo You can edit Fields in your first post and share info there:
Done. Let me know what you find. Thanks.
maxjaramillo Could we make some tests by running the translation on your site?
Yes, please proceed. I have a recent back-up.
maxjaramillo I will keep you posted.

Thank you.
Hello again. Any word here? Do I need to make another backup? Have you been able to replicate the errors?
Hi,
I checked again with our developer and when we did some test, JA Multilingual did not re-translate the item - which was translated before.
About the error of Exceeded limate characters, kindly check your subscription in Bing Translation api, it may reach the max limit of characters.
Regards
Thank you. Will check Bing; will retest some more.
Hello again ... as I mentioned before some of our jom_content exceeds the 10,000 character per request limit.
The solution offered by MicroSoft is to "if your input is too long you can split it to several requests."
Is there a way to do this with JA Multilingual?
maxjaramillo Let me check with the team and get back to you
