Will T4 Bui but did they do what i need?

Hello,

please look the site we have. For this Template, we will lock for a "successor" of this template.
We use Joomla 3.X now and we will update in next 6 Month to 4.X
So the new design we will create, must be run under Jommla 3.10.X and after update also under 4.X

Please can you tell me if we can Create with "T4 Builder" a Design that looks similar to that Template we have?

And if in later a problem to migrate to Joomla 4.X?
What product from you we need to make a Design that similar looks like the design we have?

Your site seems to be a news website, we don't have exact the same design as your site have 2 sticky sidebars (on the left/right). You can select one of our Joomla template for News here: https://www.joomlart.com/joomla/templates/tag/news

Almost of our templates are ready for Joomla 4 already.
