K2 Filter

I have installed the quickstart and purchased JA K2 Filter Component, Module and Plugin.
I have read in the photo that several people have had the same problem. I have followed some answers from the forum but the problem persists. I have also carefully followed the documentation on installation and configuration but the problem still persists.
My server has php 7.3.
The filter module doesn't look like the demo, even the Entertainment, Health & Parks section doesn't look like the demo.

The default Quickstart brings version Joomla! 3.9.28 , and without updating components-plugin-modules and Joomla version, the section below the search engine looks different from the demo
