Is there a roadmap as to when JA Builder will be compatible with Joomla 4? I have so many client websites that I can't migrate to Joomla 4 because of this.

    Joomla 3.10 has entered security only mode now.

    The only websites I have on 3.10 are all JA Builder sites. Please remember many of your developer customers still have to plan these updates with their own clients once you release your update. Time is running out for us and puts your customers under more pressure.

    Please can this be pushed up the update queue?

        JA Builder Sites - Migration to Joomla 4

        Hi

        Is there any update on this issue as we are in a similar situation and have a number of client sites in 3.10 and want to migrate to Joomla 4.
        These are now urgent and we need to know.

          We were looking at migrating a client site from 3.10 to J4 and were running a Pre-Update Check for Joomla 4.2.1

          • Under No Updates required - this is showing no update required yet it would seem JA Builder is not yet compatible.

          Can you please let us know what the latest position is as this will affect a large number of our clients which we cannot migrate these sites.

          Do we have to redevelop our client sites under a new platform ?

          You're right, JA Builder is not available yet for Joomla 4 🙂

          As you will be aware support ends 17 August 2023 for joomla 3, that's only seven month away.

          Please don't forget we have to plan and schedule updating our own clients websites who are still using JA builder and migrating them to joomla 4. I have clients who have both a JA template and JA builder installed and I cant update them until JA Builder gets it's long overdue update.

          How close are we to getting an update for JA Builder to be compatible with joomla 4?

            Any other builders you recommend for Joomla 4? It seems JA Page Builder's update will never come. We'll have to find other solutions now.

              I really need the update. I upgrade my site to Joomla 4 and can't edit the pages anymore. When will the update be available? Is there a Beta version I could use?

                johndutch It totally depends on the bug fixes and testing progress, I'm afraid that I can't give you exact date. We will have blog post when there is update.

                  We fixed that issue long time ago and make sure that you're using latest version of JA Builder in your original site.

                  When you move to another site, pls use Import / Export feature of JA Builder: go to a page >> export it to a file and import to destination site.

                  You can try this way and see if it works.

                      What do you mean by move to another site? I did a restore on another hosting, joomla and all components are exactly the same. I upgraded to the latest version of JA builder. And if I want to edit my pages there I get old content. It looks like you restored an old database.

                      The original site has been upgraded to Joomla 4, so there is no JA Builder for it, so I can't import / export there. So I'm totally stuck!

                      Why is it taking so long to get a JA Builder version for Joomla 4? If it takes much longer I will be forced to switch to another solution and stop using your products. At the moment I'm looking into Quix from Themeexpert...
