I'm trying to edit my web pages and I see a blank page (Header, content and buttom empty)
You closed another post. (Page builder is failing in all my webs)
This is about cooltv.com.mx, the other was fasesmoviles.com.mx
Two websites... Same thing
You can find the user name and password in both.

We released new version of JA Builder to fix issue with server last time. You can see more details here: https://www.joomlart.com/blog/joomla-extensions/important-ja-page-builder-updated-for-storing-page-builder-data-in-your-site-s-database
This new version will help to store data into your site's database instead of pushing into our server.
You can download 3 packages (package + component + plugin) here: https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/ja-joomla-page-builder/ja-joomla-builder and install manually in backend of your site.
After installing, you can try editing a page via JA Builder again (don't publish it) >> just compare it with frontend of this page and see how it looks. If they look the same, you can continue to edit page and publish.
