Hi guys,
i'm upgrading my site from Joomla 3.10.8 to 4.1.2, on the 3x version i had JomSocial 4.5 so now after the Joomla Update i'm trying to get JS to 4.8.1 but each time the upgrade halts on "Upgrading database" item and hangs there forever.
claycellar Hi The older version 4.5.0 is not ready for new Joomla. All extension must be updated before updating Joomla version. Let me check the site if possible to do upgrade
Hi Ninja,
we can close this ticket now, i've updated JS on the 3x version, then just copied the db tables from it to the new 4x installation and did another re-install and everything is working like a charm.
