T4 template blank won't save logo settings, preview area 404

I just installed the T4 blank template. I'm seeing a 404 error in the preview area on the right side of the screen. If I go in and edit the "Logo Settings" to input a site name and specify a logo file, the changes don't save. Wondering if I have some kind of permissions issue or something like that. Screenshot attached.

Update: after awhile, the settings started showing up. Not sure why. Logo is now appearing on site but shrunk in size, which is not desired.

I am willing to pay for custom help in resolving these and other issues I may post about.

I can access backend of your site but when I access template style it keeps loadings. Now I can't access your site again, could you check again?

Yeah, the settings started appearing after a bit. I'm not sure what happened.

The logo is appearing now but shrunken in size. If you right click on it and view the image by itself in its own tab you will see it is bigger. The template is shrinking the image down and I'm hoping I can figure out what setting is causing that. I'd like the logo to appear at its original size.
