T4 template trouble

I tried to find out the css class in the web page is defined in which css by development tools.
Elements option of development tools shows "972e3c86df6...48690.css:4" in styles part.
The site template styles is T4 Template blank and joomla version is 4.

On the one hand, in the case of t3 bs3 blank template, elements of development tools shows "template.css:2140" or "bootstrap.css:427". I think this case is normal.

I don't know why css name is not displayed normally in T4 template and Joomla 4 case.
Is this considered the bug or caused by any wrong operation?
Please advice me how to get normal css name!

You can go to template style in backend >> Global settings and disable CSS optimization first and you can see which file defines that css rule.

I made CSS optimization disable according to your advice. I found that CSS file name is displayed normally.
