I'm running into an issue where the dropdown menu is getting cut off. Any tips on what I could do to try and fix this?

The responsive view shows all of the items, but the normal view is getting cropped when the menu drops down.
It happens after people log in: 
It works in Edge, but not chrome and firefox:

Nevermind, it's happening on every page except the login page for all browsers.
It works until something loads that breaks it.
Try logging in with the test account.
