image and hotspots appear, but text not appearing on hover, Joomla 4.1.2

Hiya, I hope you can help.

I am currently upgrading a clients site from Joomla 3 site to Joomla 4 using a cloned version on https://www.cream.ninja/ while the J3 site stays live on https://www.nenevalleyosteo.co.uk.

The image hotspot has always worked fine on the J3 site, and had I realised the latest version of hotspot was J4 compatible, I would have simply updated it prior to cloning, but I didn't so I am now rebuilding exactly as was it was before.

The issue I have is the image and hotspots are appearing, but the text on hover is not. I do get a Javascript:void(0) notice in the corner though. I had a read of some similar issues on the forum, so I downloaded a script file from one of them when you recommended replacing it to fix, but no change.

Can you have a look please using the superuser details I've added. module is halfway down the home/landing page on both sites.

Hi Dann,

I checked the module and there is no error reported there. So I made a test by cloning this module to use with Cassiopeia - a standard template of Joomla and it worked properly:

you can assign a menu item to Cassiopeia and see the same.

Could you contact the provider of Joomla template you're using?

Thank you for taking a look and your feedback. As suggested, I sent a ticket to RocketTheme who build Gantry 5 and the Helium theme, they've added a bit of css to the custom file and all is working.
