JA Intranet - Tablet size - menu not showing, search box size error

Referring to the image, when in tablet size mode, the template not working.

The side menu of JA intranet unable to show
the search box out of size.

Please advise?

Please check again on the account credentials, i have updated. Please advise on why the template is so in Tablet Mode?

voonchung I think it due to the search module there, on our demo site, we use 'Search' module while your site use 'Smart search' module so the mockup seems to be a bit different. Could you try to use 'Search' module there and see how it goes?

Are you saying JA Intranet template only support normal Search not Smart Search?
