J4 Sidebar off-canvass

on j3 we can specify when enable the offcanvas menù:

So I use the off canvas as menù for small screen.

On J4 there isn't the option:

How can I specify when use the off-canvas?

I checked J3 site at my end but did not see it either, could you share the login info of that J3 site so I can take a look?
