I added two extra contact forms but they are not being rendered like the JA Contact overloaded form on the base template. How are they tagged for this overload to be applied?

3rd time lucky - the php session directory had incorrect permissions. Not sure how this has happened yet. But site is available again.

I can log into your site now and there was issue with J4 in contact page on your site.
I updated 2 file: default.php and default_links.php
in this directory: /templates/ja_symphony/html/com_contact/contact/
Kindly check.
Thank you for your help. I'm not sure how those files would have been modified, but all contact pages are working as expected now.
