i dont know whats going on. it loaded bad all night, then all morning... then just now it worked but when i refreshed it was broke again.
only admin panel for joomla. the main page loads fine. it does this across all browsers, even my phone. chrome, firefox, edge... but suddenly works for a moment then breaks again. But the moment i installed JSToolbar it looked like that. I navigated through no css to uninstall it. but something is off. Can't figure out what. I had someone else test and load from another state and it was broken. refreshed, fixed. Refreshed broken.
