Could you download attached file >> unzip and copy PHP file to this folder on your site? ROOT/templates/t4_bs5_blank/html/mod_custom/

universityofmauritius I also changed the module style of this module, you can see images now.
You can do the same for other custom HTML module built with T4 Builder.
this may solve the problem with the tab too? let me check
