Missing caching setting in module

In JA Megafilter module the Caching option (Use Global / No caching) is missing in the Advanced tab.

Thus we can't exclude it from caching when using the Progressive caching option in Joomla's Global Configuration, and we end up with no choices in the filter module from time to time.
