How to download extensions with an active subsription

How can I download, for example, the JA tabs plugin? When I hit the link 'download steps' from my website, the article tells me to go to the download section, search for the specific extension and download it.

But even when I have an active subscription and when I am logged, that download page tells me to buy or renew one.

I have asked this before, and the answer was something like I had to find a template which contains this extension, but how do I search on the website to find those templates?

It doesn't seem logic to me and it would have been easier if you could directly download from the extension page when you are logged in with an active subscription.

At the moment I still haven't found the the JA tabs pluging download...

Currently your account has JA PRO membership which gives you access to JA templates.

Please note that JA PRO doesn't give access to all extensions, so this means you won't be able to download the extensions directly from JAEC section.
However you should be able to download all JA templates & the complimentary extensions that come with the templates no problem.
For example JA Tabs plugin is available at JA Focus download page so you can download it from there.
