Registration process no longer works.

I had different profile types but now only want one (basic user). now my registration process doesn't work anymore.
I can fill in the first window and then I end up in the blank.
How can I solve this

(PS: I can't ask questions in the Joomsocial forum because I have to choose two tags but Joomsocial only provides one tag)

JomSocial is Pro extension and required an active membership to get support access.
