module is not displayed in items

I can't position (section-2) and section(-9) and (section-3) anything on the content page of the article
no module in these items is displayed

In article detailed page, it will take the sub-layout you set in Layout settings of template. But the current sub-layout: default-no-masthead only includes section-9 (no module assigned to this position) so nothing showed there:

I just added section-3 to this sub-layout and it's showing now:
