Help No more Able to Configure Template!

Hi to all,
i'm no more able to configure the template.
When i access the configuration panel, it doesn't show anymore all the options to configure the template such as template layout, fonts etc. (See attached images)
The button Save is always green but also if you save or cancel it doesn't change anything.
In the preview panel it shows really different from reality (Colors Etc.)
I tried to clear the cache of the browser, to change browser and computer but doesn't work.
I don't want to reset the template and all the changes i made.
Any suggestion?

ilfabi I see 500 error status when viewing template settings. Could you try to temporarily disable AdminTools extension and see how it goes?

i've completely uninstalled admintools and also securitycheck.
Unfortunately it did not solve the problem...

Could you grant permission of super admin for provided account? and share the FTP account also, I will check it.

UPDATE:

It due to the AJAX - EU e-Privacy Directive - a 3rd party extension on your site. If you tend to use this extension, you must install its full package so it can work properly, right now you install ajax plugin only, while it requires system plugin also.

Kindly check again.
