Joomla 4.x compatibility

Hello,
I'd bought Responsive2 JoomlaBamboo template before Joomla 4.x was released. Is the template and the Zentools modules now compatible with Joomla 4.x? If not, how can I get the compatible ones?

We do not have plan to update Joomlabamboo templates to Joomla 4. The existing templates will keep being maintained and supported for Joomla 3.x.

I upgraded iSEO, assumming that you would have an update to Joomla 4.0. After not seeing a newer version than what I have, it is not compatible. Is there anyway to be refunded for the purchase of an upgrade? How do I directly contact you to do this?
