Cannot upgrade to 4.8.0.

We are running 4.7.6 and we have had major problems trying to upgrade to 4.8.0 which we purchased a while back. How can you help?

Ninja Our membership isn't currently active, nonetheless, when we purchased your software it was. We tried all possible fixes and nothing worked. Maybe your software is corrupt?
