Missing field url microdata issue

Hi there,
google on Rich Results Test keeps reporting the error: Missing field Url like you can see in the screenshot.

It's a blog article and if I am not mistaken the error disappears if I decide not to show the author.

I'd like to know:
1. if the issue can be solved in any way;
2. I tried to delete any microdata from Joomla via template override but schema markup keeps popping up everywhere and of course the error is still there. Is that possible to delete any microdata markup altogether? Is it T3 that keeps loading microdata despite anywhere else in Joomla there is no more trace of schema.org?

I'd really appreciate your help on this.

Not sure which file in template that you edit but T3 also has override for com_content.

You can check this path: /plugins/system/t3/base-bs3/html/com_content/

I've edited :

Ja_morgan/html/com_content/article/default.php
Ja_morgan/html/com_content/featured/default.php
Ja_morgan/html/com_content/category/blog.php

Should I edit the same files in the folders in : /plugins/system/t3/base-bs3/html/com_content/?

And why that error by the way? Can it be solved so I could keep microdata instead of trying to delete it altogether?

EDIT: I've edited those files and apparently no way to get rid of the faulty microdata.

Hi there,
as far as I know Google Search Console reports no file: I checked the url of an article in a blog and I get that error.
It seems to happen only with articles in a category blog menu item.
Please apologize if I got your question wrong though, let me know if I can provide more info.
Anyway, I'd prefer solve that error rather than stripping microdata completely from the site.

You can try opening this file:

/templates/ja_morgan/html/layouts/joomla/content/info_block/author.php

and remove this code (from line 23-27):

<span itemprop="logo" itemscope itemtype="https://schema.org/ImageObject">
<img src="<?php echo JURI::base(); ?>/templates/<?php echo JFactory::getApplication()->getTemplate() ?>/images/logo.png" alt="logo" itemprop="url" />
<meta itemprop="width" content="auto" />
<meta itemprop="height" content="auto" />
</span>

and see how it goes.
