We are getting an "undefined error." when some people are trying to create user accounts on our website (www.centraloeanea.org).

Turning off site caching fixed it. Thoughts on why that would be?
russ1436 Hi It should not be cache. It can be happened if ajax request sent to wrong url.
How can i test/look for ajax sending to wrong url?
russ1436 Can u check if issue exist now? It happen usually if wrong site url Or redirection set in .htacces file.
its worked since turning off caching. the htaccess file looks correct.
russ1436 Hi You can do a try again Joomla conservative cache does not make any issue on it. If issue back kindly edit fields in first post and submit a temp super user login for staff.
