I think that I mentioned this in another topic.
That section belongs to masthead and this template shows JA Masthead module in that 'masthead' position.
You can access backend of your site >> Modules >> filter module by this 'masthead' position and configure menu item + description / title + image as you wish:
Thank you so much! But why on other pages (rooms) the Logo is different and not the one on the home page??
And how do I find the icon templates saved in the pages?

It depends on the profile of 'Site Settings' in template style that you're assigning to that Rooms page.
By default, it's using 'home-1' profile and you can change the logo image there as you wish:

All menu pages and new menus must have the same Home logo! If you create a new menu/page, the logo that must be loaded is the same as the Home logo on all pages.

You just go to Backend >> Template styles >> open template style of JA Ego >> Site settings and change the logo image to your own image:

On this 'Rooms' page, these content are articles of a category blog page and when you click to open, it will redirect to article detailed pages. It's default behavior of Joomla content.
I suggest you to use a module which supports to add these info of rooms and include links option also.
